About
Hi! I’m Cassandra (she/her), your Executive Leadership Coach and personal support system.
I hold the PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation and I’m an Organizational Psychology Masters Graduate, HR Consultant and former Commercial Pilot. But more than formal titles, I am a Champion of Leaders who want to make a real difference - for themselves, their teams and the world.
I believe impact through leadership is less about what you do, and more about who you are being. The trick is to bring out your leadership essence powerfully and consistently. That’s where I come in.
